Eligibility for Returns 
Items are eligible for return only if they remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging preserved. 

  • Ensure that every tag, label, and box is returned in its original form. 
     
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or washed in any way cannot be returned. 
     
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours from the delivery date. Please reach out to our customer service team within this timeframe to begin the return process. 
     
  • Items that fail to meet these requirements will be ineligible for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Initiate Your Request 
Send an email with your return request, including your Order ID and reason for the return, to crestonedgetechnologiesprivate@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Include Supporting Photos 
For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photographs demonstrating the issue to facilitate faster processing . 

Step 3: Follow Return Guidelines 
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for completing the return process. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not adhere to our outlined requirements. 

Refund Process & Timeline 
After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return policy. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, with a confirmation email sent upon completion . 

Partial Refund Guidelines 
Items partially meeting the return criteria (e.g., minor defects or missing packaging) may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 
For products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos via email to expedite resolution. Our team will work on it quickly to solve your issue.
