Order modifications can be made only until processing has not yet begun. Once the order moves into active processing, changes cannot be carried out.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days from dispatch, mainly depending on your region and the distance from the nearest fulfillment hub. 

Orders are typically dispatched in 1–2 working days, usually excluding weekends and public holidays, which may extend the preparation and shipping time. 

Delivery details can be changed only before the order begins processing. Always ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing the checkout process.

Cancellation Policy

Yes, cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been packed. Once dispatched, cancellation requests are not entertained due to logistic constraints..  

Simply log into your account’s order history and cancel the specific eligible product before it enters the complete processing or shipping stage within the system. 

Refunds are generally sent back to your original payment source and should appear within 5–7 working days, depending on how quickly your bank processes them.

Unfortunately, once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. You’ll simply need to place a brand-new order online to purchase the desired product once again.
